* Arcade is supported by all major DAWs in 64 bit VST, VST3, AU and AAX format. There are certain systems that don’t play nicely with Arcade.

FL Studio: We strongly recommend enabling the ‘Use fixed size buffers’ option in the ‘Processing’ tab of the plugin wrapper.

The following systems aren’t currently compatible with Arcade

32 bit PC: Cubase 8 (PC: VST, VST3). There are no known issues with Arcade running on Cubase 8 on a 64 bit machine

Guide
Step 1: Run the installer (Arcade-2.0.7.13150-windows-combo-installer.exe)
Step 2: Block access to output’s APIs
Step 2.1: Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Step 2.2: Find and open the file called hosts
Step 2.3: Add the following lines to the end of the file:
api.output.com
api.rollbar.com
arcade-events-api.output.com
looper-events-api.herokuapp.com
output-looper-json-api.herokuapp.com

Step 2.4: If you cannot save the file, go to it’s properties > details > click edit > click USERS and allow Full Control
Step 3: Replace the newly installed api-user.xml in C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade with one in the downloaded folder
Installing Update 2.2.0 ▼
Step 0*: Backup config.xml, paths.xml and local.db files from C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade before upgrade, then paste and overwrite after upgrade.
Step 1: Run the updater (Arcade 2.2.0.18263 Windows Combo Upgrade.exe)
Step 2: Make sure that output’s APIs are blocked like above
Step 3: Place api-user.xml in C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade

ok guys i found out how to install the VST without it asking for an account
you first have to read and follow the text file that’s inside the arcade folder

All you have to do to bypass the sign-in is copy the “api-user.xml” file from the “FLARE” folder and paste it in the C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade folder. When you open arcade again it will say “you’re offline.” Worked for me on Windows 11 without having to turn off antivirus or anything.
