FL Skinner by Liquid is a Program developed by Liquid/Liquiad for the DAW (Digital Audio Workspace) FL Studio 12+ in 2020.
Despite being completely open source, It has been removed from the internet. The program allows the user to change the colour palette of the program by reading from a .JSON file either downloaded, or created by the user, and modifying the colour in RAM, thus avoiding piracy by modifying the engine.
ImageLine (the company behind FL Studio) promise skinning support in the future, however this method is the only way to add themes to versions prior to this.
