“I’ve always loved when it’s hard to tell whether or not a piece of music is an actual sample. That’s what initially drew me to sample making. But, in the last year or so I feel like I’ve strayed away from that, trying to chase other peoples’ sounds. With Volume 10 I wanted to recapture the feeling I had in the early days of making samples.
